Celebrated Drum Virtuoso Pat Gesualdo fronts his new project Iceland. Some of Pat’s friends joined him in his progressive/metal musical journey, including Iconic metal guitarist Michael Romeo of Symphony X, eminent guitarist Metal Mike Chlasciak, from Rob Halford’s band Halford, and industry session vocalist Chandler Mogel, among others. In 2014, Iceland debuted in the #9 position on the CMJ Radio Charts.

Legendary television/radio talk show host Eddie Trunk, from VH-1’s “That Metal Show” has also joined forces with Pat Gesualdo and his Iceland project, and has recorded a special video message.

Pat Gesualdo made medical, education, and drumming history when he pioneered the healing art of Drum Therapy. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and his Administration, and New Jersey Education Commissioner, helped him launch his non-profit organization D.A.D. (Drums and Disabilities) in 2004, as a special education pilot program. Doctors, psychologists, Neuroscientists, Special Needs Therapists, and Teachers use Pat’s pioneering drum therapy techniques and D.A.D. Program in schools, health facilities, and community centers in over 15 countries.

Pat was invited to the White House to meet the President, in an effort to bring his D.A.D. Program to wounded troops in Veterans Administration facilities throughout the United States. Senators and Congressmen throughout the United States call on Pat to help write disability laws that protect disabled children and their parents. The U.S. State Department brought Pat to the West Bank region of Israel, to help disabled Israeli and Palestinian children.

The WWE Superstars, and the NY Giants also joined forces with Pat at the Meadowlands Izod Arena at a live televised WWE event, to announce the D.A.D. Program.

Governor Christie signed groundbreaking disability legislation into law in May 2014, which was written by Pat. Pat's new law helps further protect disabled children and adults. N.J. is the first State to add such additional protection for the disabled population. In an extremely rare bipartisan effort, Pat’s Legislation passed the Senate 34-0 and the Assembly 74-0.

Pepsi, Xerox, The U.S. State Department, NYU Medical Center, The WWE Superstars, The Morris County Police, Trump Organization, Guitar Center, Hasbro Toys, TD Bank, NAMM, Autism Speaks, Pro-Mark Drumsticks, Modern Drummer Magazine, Zildjian Cymbals, among others, have joined forces with Pat to help children fight disabilities throughout the world. The drum guru has generated millions of readers with his popular Drum Therapy column. Pat is the author of the groundbreaking drum instruction book/CD “Drum Therapy,” published by Alfred Music Publishing, the world's largest music publisher. He has been nominated to Who’s Who In America, and has won numerous awards. Pat's lectures and performances are highly sought after by major music, educational, and medical conferences throughout the world. Major toy manufacturer Playability Toys signed Pat to manufacture his Drum Therapy Kit. Pat has worked with members of Kiss, Deep Purple, Halford, Quiet Riot, Rainbow, Quiet Riot, Symphony X, among others, on various industry projects. He has also performed/recorded for various Columbia, Sony, Atlantic, RCA, and Paramount Pictures artists and special projects, He was featured in a public service announcement video series with Lars Ulrich, Ray Charles, and Todd Rundgren, which aired in rotation on MTV, VH-1, and other major television networks. Pat was also sponsored by the Warped Tour, to do all 40 tour dates, and also represented the United States at the International Disabilities Festival in Europe.
