Elizabeth Tippette is a pediatric speech-language pathologist for the North Carolina early intervention program. Before embarking on her career, Elizabeth spent her life – from preschool through college – studying musical theatre and dance. Her journey in acting lead her to acceptance at the North Carolina Governor’s School in the summer of 2001, where she met her eventual husband, a composer, music educator, and Alfred contributor, Bruce. Elizabeth attended Northwestern University for theatre and communications sciences and disorders. She earned her Master’s degree in speech pathology from the University of South Carolina. Elizabeth and Bruce share a beautiful, music-filled life together in Winston-Salem, NC, with their children, Liam and Madeline.
